Your responsibilities

You will take ownership of identifying, shaping, and initiating internal and external research projects that support the long-term product and technology strategy.

You will:

  • Initiate and coordinate internal research projects

  • Proactively identify collaboration and funding opportunities with research institutes, universities, technology partners, and other external partners

  • Conduct hands-on research and experiments

  • Translate emerging technologies and research ideas into concrete project proposals

  • Support feasibility studies, early concept validation, and technology exploration

  • Align research activities with product roadmap, platform needs, and R&D strategy

  • Ensure knowledge transfer from research into product development

Job requirements

Who are you?

You’re an experienced engineer who enjoys taking ownership and solving complex technical challenges.

You bring:

  • A Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent through experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading internal and external research projects

  • Strong knowledge of at least two of the following topics: audio and/or video signal processing, wired and wireless technologies, AI and machine learning

  • Experience with hands-on validation of research ideas
