Job description
About Televic Conference
Televic Conference develops mission critical conference and interpretation technology for parliaments, governments, courts, city councils and corporations worldwide.
Our customers make decisions that matter. They need technology they can trust, and they need to understand why the right solution makes a difference.
About the role
As Content & Creative Specialist, you turn Televic Conference's product knowledge, market insights and customer stories into compelling content and strong visual communication.
You make complex technology understandable, connect product capabilities to customer needs, and help our audiences see the value of our solutions.
Your work supports thought leadership, product marketing, demand generation and sales enablement.
The core of this role is content. Strong writing and editorial judgment are essential.
You develop the first draft yourself, challenge arguments and adapt the story to the audience.
You also have the creative skills to produce professional visuals and simple video content in house.
You use AI to accelerate research, drafting, adaptation and creative production, while applying your own judgment to quality, accuracy and brand consistency. For complex video, animation and specialist production, you brief and coordinate external partners.
You work closely with the Head of Product Marketing, the Product & Market Intelligence Specialist, Growth Marketing and Sales.
The Head of Product Marketing defines the positioning, priorities and strategic direction; you take ownership of turning them into effective content and creative assets.

2. Product marketing and sales enablement
● Create and maintain sales enablement assets, including one pagers, brochures, presentations, FAQs and solution overviews, based on approved positioning.
● Turn competitive evidence and market insights into clear, usable battlecards in collaboration with the Product & Market Intelligence Specialist.
● Develop product presentations and supporting materials for Sales, partners and internal stakeholders.
● Prepare software and firmware release communications using agreed templates and validated product information.
● Develop training content for Sales in Flowsparks, based on input and guidance from Product Marketing and competitive insights from Intelligence.
● Gather feedback from Sales on asset relevance, usability and gaps in sales conversations.
3. Visual design and video
● Create professional, on brand visuals for digital, print and events, including social posts, campaign assets, presentations, brochures and banners.
● Translate content and campaign briefs into clear visual concepts that support the intended message.
● Edit short videos such as product clips, customer testimonials, event recaps and social videos, including subtitles and branded elements.
● Use AI assisted design and video tools where they improve speed or creative quality, while ensuring product accuracy and brand consistency.

● Coordinate the production of marketing print materials and event visuals in collaboration with the relevant teams.

● Adapt messaging and creative formats to the audience, channel and campaign objective.
● Use performance feedback from Growth Marketing to improve content relevance and effectiveness.
● Collaborate on campaign assets, landing page content and email creative while respecting the division between content production and digital activation.
